8. Technical provisions.

The present Agreement shall represent the entire Agreement between the parties hereto (в этом документе) and any amendment (изменения) shall be valid if made in writing and signed by both party’s authorized (иметьполномочия) representatives (представителями).

Any notices hereunder (по условиям данного договора) required shall be in writing by registered mail to the following address:

Lessee:   Pilotage Co., 1, N. Slobodskaya str., 02156, Kiev, Ukraine

Lessor:   Iktrade, trading and financing company, P.O. Box 648 Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, B.V.I. (British Virgin Islands)

Notice shall be deemed (понимать) to be received by the other party three working days after it has been properly mailed by the other party.

Any attachment (приложение) hereof (of this) shall be an integral part (неотъемлемая часть) of the present Agreement.
