6. Right to assign (назначить, дать задание, передать права) and to designate (официально выбрать)alternate (альтернативный) party.

Lessor shall have the right to assign all sums due under this leasing Agreement by simply notifying (поставить визвестность) Lessee of such assignment.

Payment to the designated assignee shall release Lessee in full for any sums so paid.

Moreover (более того) Lessor shall have the option to designate an alternate party to the present Agreement and Lessee shall give its consent (согласие) which shall not be unreasonably (без существенной причины)withheld (отменен, аннулирован).
