11. Insurance.

A) Without prejudice (не имея отношения или не нарушая) to any other obligation under this Agreement, Lessee shall at its own expense maintain (возобновлять) insurance policies satisfactory to plan covering:

1) All risks of physical loss or damage (повреждение) to leased equipment with a maximum deductible of , including war risk, strike, riot, civil commotion (гражданское неповиновение) under Lloyds or equivalent to Lloyds policy (TGLA) institute clauses in an amount equal to the total replacement value (стоимость основныхсредств) of the equipment from time to time on lease hereunder (в силу настоящего договора) , covering such equipment while on land , afloat, in transit or at rest anywhere in the world , including General Average(специальный договор по разделу ответственности при перевозке грузов) , sue (судебный иск) and labor and salvage (виды страхования). Such insurance shall be maintained (возобновляться) by Lessee until all of the equipment leased hereunder is redelivered (возвращены) to Lessor.

2) Comprehensive General Liability Insurance in the amount of ……….. combined single accident , against bodily(относиться к телу) injury (получению ран или повреждений) and property damage, minimum coverage of ………….. per calendar year.

B) Lessee shall not use or allow the equipment leased hereunder to be used for any purpose not permitted (не предназначено) or covered by the terms and conditions of said insurance policies or do, or allow to be done any act or thing whereby (таким образом) the insurance thereunder may be invalidated (официально прекратить действие).
