3. Obligations of Lessor
Lessor shall during the life of the present Agreement:
- Abstain (воздержаться) from selling, encumbering (создавать препятствия) or otherwise disposing(избавляться) of the equipment
- Offer to purchase (покупать) of the equipment to Lessee in the event (в случае) that it should fall into bankruptcy or come under receivership (внешнее управление) at a price equivalent to the accumulated leasing charges at the rate USD… per day
- At the end of the present Agreement offer to Lessee the continuation (продление) of the lease or, at theexclusive (исключительный) option of Lessee, the purchase of the equipment for USD 1. - per unit.
