      1.  Delivery and leasing charges.

1.1 The equipment will be accepted by Lessee as it is positioned at the moment of starting the leasing period and in its actual condition.

1.2  Leasing rate per day of USD … to be paid monthly. At the end of the Agreement a termination fee to be paid at the rate of USD … per each unit.

2.  Obligations of Lessee.

Lessee shall during the life of the present agreement:

-      Keep the equipment at its expenses in good and usable condition

-      See to it that any repairs necessary are made forthwith (немедленно) by skilled craftsmen

-      Keep track (следить) of the whereabouts (месторасположение) of the equipment on a continuing(непрерывно) and detailed basis in order that it can at any time locate any peace of the equipment where it is in land or on board of transport vehicle

-      Inform Lessor on a monthly basis of any losses of pieces of the equipment due to accident, fire, theft, acts of war or civil unrest, act of god and etc.

-      Notify Lessor forthwith in the event  that any piece of the equipment should be attached by a creditor , or any governmental agency for any reason whatsoever (при возникновении случая)

-      Pay Lessor on each due day the leasing charges in free convertible currency free and clear of any taxes which might be levied (взысканы) by any governmental authority of the Ukraine or any of its sub territories or any other competent government body regardless whether such levies, withholding taxes(прямые платежи) etc. have been introduced prior or after the execution of the present Agreement.   

-      Repay to Lessor any sum withheld (удержанную) by the transferring bank, whether such withholding has been effected on governmental order or otherwise not later than thirty days after notice has been received that the leasing charges due (подлежащие оплате) has not been received in full.
