Perfect interpretation? Don't make me smile.

How to make foreign texts easy and useful for non-native language readers and avoid frustration of not understanding these texts in correct way? You say - translations. But any translation is so prone of misinterpretations. Translations are dependant of too many variables and can not be truly perfect.
Despite being quite proficient in English, you are not always sure if you understand the writer in correct way... You start using 1 or 3 dictionaries regardless of what one’s mother tongue is.
What is my proposition? Print the books with required dictionary interpretations built in the original text of the writer when it is necessary. This allowes you to read easy and better your language same time. It could be separate additions taylor-made and prepared for 2nd language readers and students.

Looking for enthusiasts to implement the idea into reality.
