9. Applicable law and venue (место).
The present Agreement shall be subject to Swiss law. The parties hereto (участники данного документа) submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Zurich (Switzerland) agree however that Lessor shall have the option to introduce legal proceedings against Lessee before any competent Court.
In connection with this Lease Agreement, Lessee waives (не требует) the claim of any rights of sovereignty or immunity and acknowledges (признает) the enforceability of any judgment or order of a court, competent to the terms of this Agreement.
